Here in Northern Virginia, we just had our first snow for the season (even though it is March!) so we are still thinking about these American Girl Doll ski's! If you like American Girl Doll crafting projects you will love this!  You may a little adult help with cutting them out but it is tons of fun! We LOVE the new Outdoor Girl Scout badges!  If you are looking for ideas and inspiration for either the Brownie Outdoor Art Creator or Junior Art Explorer, we have some tips and projects for you. These would be a great project when working towards your Jeweler Junior badge or even as gifts (kids and adults!). If you are a Junior Girl Scout troop looking for fun activities to earn this Jeweler badge then try out this fun necklace! Supplies: yarn in desired colors scissors wooden beads/paint/paintbrush/painters tape (to learn how to make the painted beads click here) jewelry string   Make It! Start by cutting your yarn or use the small packs of yarn like we had.  We use 4 packs.  You can make the pom pom as big or as small as you like. We recently hosted a really fun Emoji themed American Girl Doll Crafting Class here in Aldie, Virginia! We taught the girls how to hand sew mini pillow and Emoji plushies for their 18'' dolls, crafted mini breakfast in bed trays (complete with bacon and eggs!), and even made a doll bed!   This doll bed is inexpensive, recycled and super fun to make!
