We recently had a Mini Bunny Hutch Crafting Class at our studio here in Aldie, Virginia.  We thought it would be fun to share this idea with others!  This is great for spring and Easter themed parties, Girl Scout meetings or home school activities. Everyone loves Emojis!  We have a fun tutorial to learn how to make an Emoji necklace! This is a great craft to make when working towards your Jeweler Junior Girl Scout badge or just for fun!  You only need a few supplies.  Note that we used felt for the Emoji face, but you can use cardstock or craft foam too. Supplies: small piece of yellow, red, and black felt metal washer (find at Home Depot, Lowes etc.) jewelry string (ours is about 2 feet long) scissors hot glue pen How to Make: Start by tying your jewelry string onto your washer. Who does love sweets?!  We sure love Italian gelato!  Want to make a pretend sized one for your American Girl doll or teddy bear?  Check out the tutorial right here!   Supplies: green, red and white Crayola Model Magic Mini clear cup (you can use communion cups, or Dollar Tree and Party City sell small shot glass cups) tacky glue one small red bead or red pom pom How to Make: You can purchase the Crayola Model Magic at the craft store and sometimes WalMart. In one of our recent American Girl Doll Crafting classes in Aldie, Virginia we taught the girls how to make mini Italian themed foods!  One big hit was this mini bowl of spaghetti and meatballs.  We wanted to share how to make one at home for your doll. Supplies: Crayola Model Magic Clay (found at craft store in Crayola section-we used a tan color) Red felt (small piece) or use red craft foam or red paper small bowl (got these at Party City in Appetizer section) white yarn tacky glue small fork (appetizer forks at Party City) scissors Lets Make It! We recently tried out our own Play Dough recipe and it was so fun!  This activity would be great if you are a Brownie Girl Scout troop working towards your Home Scientist badge,  great birthday party fun or a snowy day project with the kiddos. Note that we did ours per bowl/per color in the ingredients below.  So we did separate colors and mixed/measured everything separately.
