Sewing A 1960’s Vintage Inspired Mad Men Dress

I have always had a love for vintage fashion so I was inspired to sew up this little dress!

Watching the 1960’s fashions from the show Mad Men is so fun!  I recently came across this Mad Men cotton fabric and a nice vintage dress pattern.  I combined the two and sewed this fun dress.  I found the brown belt at a thrift store and the green pin from a vintage shop in Nashville.

Now I am thinking it is time to come up with a fun vintage inspired sewing classes for the girls!  Maybe a 1970’s floral apron class or a fun and easy poodle skirt class?  Be on the lookout for a vintage class in the future on our workshop calendar!
