Kids Felt Food Plushies: Super Fun Kids Sewing Project Idea

We wanted to share these adorable felt food plushies we taught the girls to make at a recent sewing class here in Aldie, Virginia.

We made our own patterns ahead of time with poster board. You can really make these any size. Poster board patterns are great for kids because they are sturdy and easy for them to trace onto the fabric.

The possibilities are endless with felt veggies and junk food! We created Popsicle, donuts, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and french fries. The girls even wanted to add hummus, ranch, ketchup and mustard. So we gave them little condiment cups and felt scraps to create those cute little dipping sauces.
