Cupcakes and Lace At Girl Scout Adventure Day 2013!
Cupcakes and Lace just participated for our third year in a row at Girl Scout Adventure Day 2013!
Girl Scout Adventure Day is a fun filled day for the local Girl Scouts as well as a day for local businesses to show the scouts what they have to offer! Adventure Day this year was held at the Fauquier Fairgrounds in Warrenton, Virginia.
Girls from Northern Virginia and surrounding areas come for a full day of outdoor activities, crafts, and fun! Local small businesses just like us are there to show leaders and moms just what they have to offer Girl Scouts. We were able to show the Girl Scout leaders are patch kits first hand and also promote our upcoming summer camps and classes!
We did a free paper doll craft with the girls as well as giving away cool paper mustaches! They mustaches and paper doll crafts were a big hit with the girls! There was a good turn out and our crafting tables were always full of girls!
We are already looking forward to Adventure Day 2014!
