Castle Princess Fun Patch-Girl Scout Badge & Patch Kit Ideas

Our Castle Princess Fun Patch Kit is great for troop leaders wanting a fun and educational activity for their Girl Scout troop!

Your girls will love this patch kit! They will learn about castles, enjoy a medieval inspired snack, and craft a Princess Maiden hat!

Each kit comes with all the instructions, and easy supply list (and one fun patch!) to earn this Castle Princess fun patch. Additional patches can be purchased depending on how many you need for your troop or group. But you only need ONE patch kit per troop.

This patch kit is great because you can even add more of your own inspiration and crafts if you want! How about making a castle out of recycled materials? Have a big bucket filled with recycled bottle caps, mini boxes, egg cartons, milk jugs etc. and let the girls use the supplies (and encourage imagination!) to create their own castle! Give the girls a base such as a shoebox or cardboard slab. You can usually get free boxes from Costco or BJ’s or shoeboxes from Payless (if you call them ahead of time and ask!). This option would be fun for Brownies and Junior age.

Another add on idea is to purchase a pack of die cut castles from the craft store and have the girls color and glue craft gems on them! This option may be better for the younger girls (Daisy age).
