Monsters Inc. Stuffed Animals- Sew Your Own!
At one of our recent kids sewing classes here in Chantilly, Virginia we made the cutest Monsters!
We taught the 1st and 2nd graders how to sew a cute and cuddly Mike Wizowski and Sully from Disney’s Monsters Inc. We then crafted up mini beds for their new friend.
We used recycled materials for the bed: cardboard, mini cardboard boxes, and used ribbon spools. The
bed had to have blanket (we used fleece from our scrap bucket) and a picture of little Boo and grabbed the hot glue gun. We assembled the beds for the girls and then let them cut out the Boo pictures and lay the bedding out. We found the cutest Sully inspired soft fabric from Joann Fabrics and make Mike using green felt!
They loved seeing their finished monsters and playing with them once they were completed!
