Girls Halloween Sewing Project Idea-Monster Creature Made from a Mitten!
Halloween is just around the corner and we have tons of fun kids sewing classes lined up here in Chantilly, Virginia!
We have Frankenstein’s Fuzzy Friends sewing class and Monsters Inc. stuffed animal sewing class too!
The girls will be learning how to hand sew and create tons of fun Halloween and monster inspired stuffed creatures…but don’t worry these monsters are the cute and cuddly kind!
Hey! Here is a fun idea and a great way to teach young kids to sew-make a monster stuffed animal from a mitten! You can use an old mitten or buy them at Joann fabrics or a craft store. We usually find them for 5o cents a pair in the off 
season. Grab some pillow/stuffed animal stuffing at the sewing store and stuff the fingers one at time, then stitch up the top. This is a very good way to teach kids sewing and also an inexpensive activity!
